How Did Paris Crêpes Begin?

The inspiration for Paris Crêpes came during a trip to Paris. While walking through the city, I stopped at a small kiosk right beneath the Eiffel Tower, where I tasted a crêpe with Nutella and banana that I’ll never forget. It was such a simple, authentic, and delicious experience that it stayed with me ever since.

Years later, and with a family background of over 20 years in the restaurant business, I decided to bring that same experience to Orlando. My family, originally from Italy but also rooted in Venezuela, has successfully operated several restaurants and kiosks, which gave me both the foundation and the motivation to build something special.

Paris Crêpes is not just a kiosk... It's an idea born from the heart, from nostalgia, and from a passion for sharing simple yet unforgettable moments. Each crêpe is meant to recreate that first bite beneath the Eiffel Tower.
